We are looking for a Solution Design Manager – Logistics to support the development of our local logistics solutions in Brazil.
This professional will play a key role in designing customized logistics solutions for clients, with a strong focus on transportation, multimodal operations and, in the future, warehousing.
Main Responsibilities
Understand clients’ logistics challenges and translate them into tailored operational solutions.
Design transportation and multimodal logistics solutions.
Analyze BIDs, RFQs and RFPs and develop technical and commercial proposals.
Build cost models, pricing and business cases.
Partner with Sales and Operations throughout the pre-sales process.
Present solutions to clients and support business development initiatives.
Help build processes, methodologies and the Solution Design structure from the ground up.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Logistics or related fields.
Solid experience in logistics, particularly transportation and/or warehousing.
Experience in Solution Design, Logistics Engineering, Logistics Projects or Pre-Sales.
Strong analytical, costing and pricing skills.
Client-facing and project management experience.
Entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset, comfortable building processes from scratch.
Fluent English is mandatory.
Availability to work on-site and visit clients.
